COVID-19 REFUND POLICY FOR 2021 TOUR
Just Dance Invitational will be planning all events, in-person, for the 2021 season. We will be scheduling studio blocks, limiting attendance, working with our venues to increase dressing room space and implementing additional cleaning procedures to be able to offer the safest environment for our attendees. Rest assured, just like our commitment to you this past season, we will continue to support you and your dancers. Therefore in the event that a city has to be cancelled due to COVID related mandates, you will receive a full refund within 21 business days of the event.
Refund Policy for the 2020-2021 Season
If a competition is unable to be held on the originally advertised dates, Just Dance Invitational will issue a FULL REFUND within 21 days of the scheduled event date.
If a dancer has flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please not attend the competition. We will offer a full refund to anyone that is unable to attend due to COVID-19 with a Doctor’s note. If a doctor's note is not available, then a credit to that dancer will be issued.
If the competition is still scheduled to take place and a dancer or studio decides to not participate, a refund will not be issued, but a credit will be offered.
Gift Certificate Extensions
All gift certificates that were originally valid for the 2020 season will now be extended through the upcoming 2021 season. All gift certificates have no cash value.
COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY FOR 2021 TOUR
Just Dance Invitational is committed to provide you and your dance families with a safe environment. Below you will find some of the measures we have implemented for next season. As situations are constantly changing and every state is different, our guidelines will vary but extra precautions will be taken at every city to ensure safety. We will be working closely with each venue and will follow all guidelines required by the local government. These guidelines will be determined for each city individually and emailed directly to registered studios.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, we require attendees to wear masks in the common areas of the venue. Masks will not be required for dancers while competing in the Competition. Competition audience will be required to wear masks. Just Dance Invitational staff will be wearing masks at all times. No scoring deductions will be given for costumes including masks, gloves, or protective equipment during performances.
All attendees must have their temperature checked before entering the venue.
To help comply with social distancing guidelines, spectators for the competition will be limited and based on the venue/local restrictions.
Competition Live Stream
We are excited to share that the competition will be LIVE STREAMED! Therefore, we encourage families and friends to tune in.
In some cities, studio entries will be scheduled to compete in blocks, based upon capacity of the venue.
All awards will be live streamed at the conclusion of each competition day.
Dressing room spaces will be expanded to help comply with social distancing. Studios should limit the number of parents assisting with costume changes. Dancers are encouraged to come dressed to compete, to minimize the use of the dressing room. Dressing rooms will be cleaned frequently.
Help Stop the Spread
All attendees should wash their hands multiple times throughout the day. The CDC recommends this as one of the best practices to avoid transmission of the virus. Any attendee that has flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please not attend the event. We will offer a full refund to anyone that is unable to attend due to COVID-19 with a doctor’s note.
